Te Rōpū Pakihi supports and connects Māori business owners and entrepreneurs. As the network grew, we partnered with the organisation to strengthen member engagement, increase visibility of its impact, and create more opportunities for connection, learning and collaboration.

We delivered a communications and engagement programme spanning social media management, content planning, campaign delivery, community engagement and stakeholder communications. Through strategic content and audience-focused messaging, we helped showcase member successes, promote initiatives and encourage participation across programmes and events. Reporting and audience insights were used to continually refine communication approaches and improve engagement.

We also coordinated business clinics, workshops and mentoring opportunities, working closely with facilitators, partners and stakeholders to deliver practical business development support and strengthen relationships across the network.

Alongside delivery, we provided strategic advice to support member engagement, stakeholder relationships, operational processes and the long-term sustainability of the organisation.

The result was a more connected and engaged membership base, stronger visibility for Māori businesses and improved communication processes across the network.

We developed and delivered a member video showcase campaign designed to highlight Māori businesses and amplify member voices.

Working with business owners, we coordinated and produced video content that shared their stories, expertise and business journeys. The videos were used across digital channels to increase engagement, promote member businesses and strengthen the sense of community within the network, while providing members with valuable promotional assets for their own marketing activities.
